Russell A. Barkley ’75, ‘77

Dr. Russell Barkley is a leading expert in the field of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He is a clinical professor of psychiatry with the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston and has won several professional awards, including from the American Psychological Association for his efforts to educate about ADHD. After serving in Vietnam with the U.S. Air Force, he received a bachelor’s from the University of North Carolina and his master’s and Ph.D. from BGSU.
