Stanley Kutler ‘56

If you want to understand Watergate and recent American history, Stanley Kutler is the man to ask. His books include “The Wars of Watergate” and “Abuse of Power: The New Nixon Tapes,” a book that resulted from a successful lawsuit against the National Archives and Nixon himself. His other major books include “The American Inquisition” and “Privilege and Creative Destruction: The Charles River Bridge Case.” Kutler has worked as an American history and law professor at the University of Wisconsin.
