Ned Baker ’50, ’09 (Hon.)

Ned Baker began his career of keeping the public healthy as chief sanitarian for the Wood County Health Department. He later worked as director of the Northwest Ohio AHEC Program at the Medical College of Ohio. Baker has received several awards for his public health service and has a master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan and an honorary doctorate in public health from BGSU.
