Ollie Glass Jr. ‘52

Ollie Glass’ love of football followed him throughout his life. The late Glass graduated from Elyria High School where he excelled in golf, baseball, basketball, and football. While at school, he lettered in football and played center and linebacker positions. He was the first black athlete at BGSU. After graduating, he began teaching in the Lorain Public School System and was a teacher and football coach. He also taught and coached football and basketball at Admiral King High School.
